For Halloween This Year: Trick Or Tip?

I’ll bet you have at least one tip or trick up your sleeve that makes an aspect of life a little easier.  I have a dear friend, Theresa, who is known for her tips and tricks that she lovingly shares at the perfect time. Our “Viva Las Vegas 2026” group of women friends told Theresa that she needs to start a “Tips from Theresa on TikTok” group. I agree! She has a truly magical way of coming up with tips and tricks that will astound you with their simplicity and usefulness.

What tips and tricks for living a better life will you share with us? I’m no ‘Theresa,’ but I’ll start the sharing.  My tip is that when a pot or pan has something baked on that needs to be loosened in order to clean it, fill the pot/pan with hot soapy water and put a plain (unscented) dryer sheet in with the soapy water.  Leave it for several hours and the pan/pot will release its hold on the baked on gunk. And, you won’t have to apply harsh scrubbers. No, I am not guaranteeing the pan/pot finish won’t be affected.  But, I use this method on my All-Clad and Calphalon expensive cookware and it’s never been an issue.
